I. Experience in the field of law

1) From 2000 – 2004 : I have had a part-time practice in the law offices of Mr. Trinh Dinh Ban, Mr. Le van Tuan, Mr. Tran Nien Hung. During this time, mostly I involved in different kind of trade and commercial contracts.
2) From 2005-2006: I was a practicing lawyer in law office of Mr. Tran Nien Hung taking part in crime cases such as thief, arms store, different civil cases on the land disputes, land-inheritance, house purchase, house mortgage, house renting and other consulting works on corporate activities as of steels import, import tax exemption.
3) From 2007-2008: I have joined to the Hochiminh city bar association and work as the collaborated lawyer in ARIKA Law office. I have been taking part in bankruptcy, defraudation, land contracts, labor contracts, divorce in unlawful marriage disputes and consultancies on corporate activities such as land purchase in industrial zone, company transformation, company charter and other company managerial documents, partnership agreement, merger and acquisition agreement.
4) Form July 2008, having been working as the Manager of investment consultant department in PVDI, I am also working as consultant for different contracts to support the project of platform construction and facility and security agreements therein. At the same time, I am working as collaborated lawyer in ARIKA law office.

Stock evaluation and financial investment is two new field of business the Company wish to develop.

Main project features:
Crude oil market turned into very difficult situation with surplus in supply which put the activities into very difficult stage that traditional customers were ready to leave Vietnam market.
The imminent ban on purchase of Bachho crude oil seemed to be called for by traditional customers as the market turned against sale policy.
The very large revenue of the crude oil export had called for very significant efforts in settling all matters to ensure works going well in the difficult time of the Company.
Positions held: Deputy Director
Activities performed:
1. Working in relation with high ranking people in Petro Vietnam to pursue the tasks assigned.
2. To manage the crude oil sale and export, vessel chartering for crude oil transportation.
3. To manage human resources to fit with new tasks assigned.
